Excellent company!! We have used this company for 15 years and have always had excellent service! Even when we needed repairs this summer during the heat Jason made sure his technicians came out. McCann Services was the second HVAC service group I had look at our system after I discovered it wasn't cooling to setpoint. Robert was the technician and he was extremely professional and performed a thorough inspection. He was a true technician, not a salesman. Salesmen posing as technicians is something that runs rampant in this industry. Unfortunately, the average person isn't familiar enough with these systems to know the difference so the salesmen convinces people they need a whole new system. And wouldn't ya know, they just happen to be having a sale this month. That was the first service group we had come out. I politely told them to pound sand.

Thank you Robert for being a true technician and an honest person. I would recommend McCann and will use them for future service needs.
